As a luxury natural stone importer and distributor, we pride ourselves on exceptional product quality and customer service. Youll handle client inquiries, manage orders, and build relationships with our customers. Key Responsibilities: Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person. Provide product information and help customers choose the right stone products. Maintain client relationships to encourage repeat business. Process orders and coordinate with the warehouse team. Qualifications: Minimum of two years of sales experience, preferably in stone or related industries. Strong communication skills. Ability to learn and explain product details.
