Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director of Marketplace Growth &
Merchandising.
Key Responsibilities
Own and enhance the ad placement and merchandising strategy to
optimize user engagement and partner monetization
Develop campaign strategies in coordination with Marketing to drive
user engagement and partner performance
Manage ad inventory across various platforms while maintaining a
robust inventory planning process
Required Qualifications
10+ years of experience in merchandising, growth, product,
analytics/strategy, or ad monetization within relevant
environments
Experienced people manager with the ability to hire and lead a
collaborative team
Deep experience with growth strategies, performance marketing, and
A/B testing
Strong analytical skills, proficient in SQL and comfortable working
with data
Proven track record of launching and scaling monetization
programs
