Job Description:
A company is looking for a Regional Director, Quality Solutions
(Remote).
Key Responsibilities
Oversee performance improvement and execution for assigned regional
states within the Health Plan Performance team
Serve as the liaison between national quality solutions
organization and health plan leadership to meet key performance
indicators
Manage the QS HPP program manager and coordinate with health plan
quality staff to ensure alignment with strategic goals
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in a related field (Healthcare Administration,
Public Health, or equivalent experience)
7 - 10 years of experience in Managed Care and/or health plan
quality
Clinical experience in Accreditation, Compliance, HEDIS
Interventions, and medical record abstraction
Technical and strategy experience focused on quality
interventions
Preferred: Master's Degree in a related field and RN with Quality
