product from the bagging table, or from tubs containing retail or
hot smoke packs, and place on the vacuum packer. · Ensure packs are
straight and in the correct place for sealing. · Take the
vacuum-packed product from the other side of the machine and place
it on tubs. · Check all packs for proper seal. · Vacuum sealing and
labeling food products according to specifications. · Reporting
equipment issues or product defects to supervisor. · Maintain clean
work environment. · Follow all company safety procedures and
requirements. · Comply with all facility GMP rules and policies and
all processes and requirements of the Food Safety and Quality
Management System as applicable. · Complete other tasks at request
of High Care Supervisor. Requirements: Ability to stand for long
periods of time Cold environment and repetitive motions Ability to
lift up to 30lbs, push up to 60lbs Ability to understand, and
follow instructions (verbal and written) Willingness to wear
required PPE and follow GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices)
Willingness to work flexible shifts, including early mornings,
evenings, weekends, or overtime as needed Bi-lingual a plus!
