A company is looking for a Remote Call Center
Representative.
Key Responsibilities
Manage incoming calls regarding Benefits, Enrollment, Eligibility,
Invoicing, Claims, and related topics
Explain Medicare Part D and Part C Medicare Advantage Programs and
address customer inquiries
Utilize multiple client systems to provide accurate information and
strive for one-call resolution
Required Qualifications
High school diploma, GED, or college degree
Successfully complete a customer service assessment and typing
test
Complete a mandatory paid training program with 100% attendance
Successful completion of a background check is required
Must have a home internet connection meeting specified speed
requirements
